Kubernetes SLA - Raff

_{Updated August 24, 2026} Managed Kubernetes carries a 99.90% monthly uptime commitment, measured per calendar month.

What is covered

Component	Commitment
Worker nodes	Covered as Virtual Machines under the platform SLA (99.90%)
Managed endpoint & ingress path	99.90% — applies to clusters with the High Availability option, where the endpoint is a redundant gateway pair with automatic failover
Non-HA clusters	The endpoint is a single managed instance, covered at the infrastructure (VM) level without a separate endpoint-path commitment

For production workloads, enable HA — that is the configuration the commitment is designed around.

Service credits

If monthly uptime falls below the commitment, you receive credits on the affected service, applied against future invoices:

Monthly uptime	Credit
99.90% – 99.0%	10%
99.0% – 95.0%	25%
Below 95.0%	100%

Exclusions

Announced maintenance, factors outside Raff infrastructure, and workload-level issues inside the cluster (for example your own Ingress or application configuration).
